An internal team member is someone within your organization who requires access to your Deskfirst workspaces. They have higher-level permissions compared to external collaborators, enabling them to create desktops, manage content, monitor engagement, and gain insights from shared desktops.
No, Deskfirst only charges for internal team members. All external collaborators, such as customers, clients, and partners — can access shared sales desktops for free.
We use Stripe as our payment processor. You can pay for any plan using a credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, or various bank redirects. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide on the payment page. Additionally, you can view your invoice history in the Billing Portal, accessible from the Account Menu.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which your account will downgrade to the free Starter plan.
Data Access: Your web desktops from the paid plan will remain accessible for 30 days after downgrading, allowing you to download and back up your data.
Data Deletion: If you don't upgrade to a paid plan within this 30-day period, your web desktops will be deleted.
Team Members: If you're a Team Owner with Pro licenses for others, all team members will lose their Pro access at the end of the billing cycle and revert to the free Starter plan.
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free - no credit card required. It includes 1 web desktop and allows you to invite viewers to collaborate. It's a great way to get started, and you can upgrade anytime to unlock additional features.
You’ll still be able to use Deskfirst, and we’ll notify you s soon as a limit is reached, allowing you to upgrade your plan.
Yes! One license will be automatically assigned to you, and you can easily purchase and assign additional licenses to other members through the My Team menu, whether they are registered users or not. Each invited team member will receive an email notification.
The Team feature enables businesses of any size to purchase and assign licenses to their team members and collaborators through a centralized dashboard and subscription. Inviting users into
your Team automatically assigns them a license, provided you have purchased licenses to assign.
