What is Deskfirst?

Who is Deskfirst for?

Deskfirst is designed for sales, onboarding, and customer success teams across businesses of all sizes, from small businesses to large enterprises.

Who is considered an internal team member?

An internal team member is someone within your organization who requires access to your Deskfirst workspaces. They have higher-level permissions compared to external collaborators, enabling them to create desktops, manage content, monitor engagement, and gain insights from shared desktops.​

Do my customers need to pay?

No. Deskfirst only charges for internal team members. All external collaborators, such as customers, clients, and partners — can access shared sales desktops for free.​

What my payment options are?

We use Stripe as our payment processor. You can pay for any plan using a credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Link, or various bank redirects. An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide on the payment page. Additionally, you can view your invoice history in the Billing Portal, accessible from the Account Menu.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which your account will downgrade to the free Starter plan.​
‍Data Access: Your web desktops from the paid plan will remain accessible for 30 days after downgrading, allowing you to download and back up your data.
​Data Deletion: If you don't upgrade to a paid plan within this 30-day period, your web desktops will be deleted.
​Team Members: If you're a Team Owner with Pro licenses for others, all team members will lose their Pro access at the end of the billing cycle and revert to the free Starter plan.​

What happens when I hit my account’s usage limits?

You’ll still be able to use Deskfirst, and we’ll notify you as soon as a limit is reached, allowing you to upgrade your plan.

Can I switch from monthly billing to yearly billing and vice versa?

Yes.

What is a Virtual Assistant? What do I get in the bundle deal?

A Virtual Assistant (VA) from Deskfirst supports your business and integrates into your team. Their roles range from administrative and executive assistance to marketing, social media management, design, bookkeeping, and more. Deskfirst VAs typically cost a fraction of their US counterparts, with most based in the Philippines, supported by our dedicated team.
Hiring a VA through Deskfirst includes the Professional license to the Deskfirst software at no extra cost, facilitating seamless collaboration with your VAs, clients, and colleagues. For more details, please visit our Deskfirst VA page.

Can I purchase multiple licenses and assign them to others?

Yes! One license will be automatically assigned to you, and you can easily purchase and assign additional licenses to other members through the My Team menu, whether they are registered users or not. Each invited team member will receive an email notification.

 What does Team mean at Deskfirst?

The Team feature enables businesses of any size to purchase and assign licenses to their team members and collaborators through a centralized dashboard and subscription. Inviting users into
your Team automatically assigns them a license, provided you have purchased licenses to assign.

How am I billed when I add new members to my Team?

Deskfirst automatically bills you a prorated amount for new users added to your Team, based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
