An invoice will be sent to the email address you provide on the payment page. Additionally, you can view your invoice history in the Billing Portal, accessible from the Account Menu.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your current plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which it will downgrade to the free Starter plan. Upon transitioning to the free Starter plan, your web desktops from the paid plan will remain accessible for an additional 30 days, allowing you to download and back up your data. If you don't upgrade to a paid plan by the end of this period, your web desktops will be deleted.Note: If you are a Team Owner and have purchased Pro licenses for others, all your Team members will lose their Pro licenses at the end of the billing cycle and revert to the free Starter plan.

Yes! One license will be automatically assigned to you, and you can easily purchase and assign additional licenses to other members through the My Team menu, whether they are registered users or not. Each invited team member will receive an email notification.
